I’ve been using this for a bit and like that it feels gentle and doesn’t seem packed with weird chemicals. The natural ingredients are definitely a big plus for me. I’m also hoping the company follows through with the compensation or credit they mentioned, but product-wise, I’ve had a good experience so far.

The box was beat up when it got here, and then I noticed the bottle had leaked a little inside. Not a huge mess, but still annoying. The packaging just felt kind of cheap, and it didn’t seem like it was sealed very well either.

The return process was really easy... and I got my refund quickly. No hassle at all.

After using it for a few weeks, I’ve noticed my hair doesn’t look quite as thin as it did before. It’s not some overnight miracle, and I think it’s only right to be realistic about that, but I do feel like there’s been a small improvement.
